Turkey's Crude Steel Production Increased by 10% in November

In November 2025, Turkey's crude steel production rose by 10% compared to the same month last year, reaching 3.31 million tons. Billet production increased by 9.4% to 2.09 million tons, while slab production increased by 11.1% to 1.22 million tons.

In light of these figures, crude steel production in the 11-month period increased by 2% compared to the same period last year, reaching 34.6 million tons. Billet production increased by 5%, while slab production recorded a 3% decrease.

During the 11-month period, 72.2% of crude steel production was carried out by Electric Arc Furnaces, and 27.8% by Integrated Plants.
